24K French 75

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Pure Gold Gin
  • Gold Emotion sparkling wine
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Method:

  • Combine gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake very well
  • Strain into a champagne flute
  • Fill remaining glass with bubbles
  • Garnish with lemon twist
