Grapefruit Gin Paloma
Ingredients:
- 60ml Pure Gold Gin
- 30ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup
- Soda water
- Dehydrated Lime wheel and mint for garnish
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain into a tall glass over ice and top up with soda water
- Add a lime wheel for garnish.
