La Dolce Vita
Ingredients:

40mL Rose Gold Gin
- 20mL Campari
- 20mL lemon juice
- 20mL Triple sec
- Sparkling Water
- Maraschino Cherry to garnish
Method:

Add all ingredients except sparkling water to an ice-filled wine glass
- Stir well and top with sparkling water
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry
