Millionaire's Martini

Ingredients:

40ml Pure Gold Gin
40ml Dry vermouth
Gold Emotion sparkling wine
Lemon twist for garnish

Method:

Combine the gin and vermouth in a mixing glass
Add ice and stir gently
Strain into a chilled coupe glass
Top up with the bubbles
Garnish with a lemon twist
