Millionaire's Martini
Ingredients:
- 40ml Pure Gold Gin
- 40ml Dry vermouth
- Gold Emotion sparkling wine
- Lemon twist for garnish
Method:
- Combine the gin and vermouth in a mixing glass
- Add ice and stir gently
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Top up with the bubbles
- Garnish with a lemon twist
