Chili, spice and everything nice Gin Sour


  • 60mL Pure Gold gin
  • 30mL Grapefruit Liquor
  • 15mL Sugar syrup
  • 15mL Lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Birds eye chili - chopped


  • Dry shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake vigorously again
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Garnish with chili and lime wheel
