Chili, spice and everything nice Gin Sour

Ingredients:

60mL Pure Gold gin
30mL Grapefruit Liquor
15mL Sugar syrup
15mL Lime juice
1 egg white
Birds eye chili - chopped

Method:

Dry shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake vigorously again
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with chili and lime wheel
