Chili, spice and everything nice Gin Sour
Ingredients:
- 60mL Pure Gold gin
- 30mL Grapefruit Liquor
- 15mL Sugar syrup
- 15mL Lime juice
- 1 egg white
- Birds eye chili - chopped
Method:
- Dry shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake vigorously again
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with chili and lime wheel
