Rhubarb Gin Sour


  • 60ml Rose Gold Gin
  • 30ml rhubarb syrup
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 1 x egg white
  • A dash of bitters and garnish of choice


  • Dry shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake vigorously again
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • Garnish with a dash of bitters
