Rhubarb Gin Sour
Ingredients:
- 60ml Rose Gold Gin
- 30ml rhubarb syrup
- 30ml lemon juice
- 1 x egg white
- A dash of bitters and garnish of choice
Method:
- Dry shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake vigorously again
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a dash of bitters
