Pomegranate Flower Sour
Ingredients:

60mL gin
- 30mL lemon juice
- 10mL grenadine syrup
- 1 egg white
- Edible flowers to garnish
Method:

Add gin, lemon juice, grenadine syrup and egg white into a shaker
- Shake well, add ice and shake again for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with edible flowers
