Pomegranate Flower Sour


  • 60mL gin

  • 30mL lemon juice
  • 10mL grenadine syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Edible flowers to garnish


  • Add gin, lemon juice, grenadine syrup and egg white into a shaker

  • Shake well, add ice and shake again for 20 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • Garnish with edible flowers
