Pure Gold Basil Smash
Ingredients:
- 60ml Pure Gold Gin
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 30ml lemon juice
- 8-10 Basil leaves
- Basil spring for garnish
Method:
- Muddle the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker
- Add gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice, ice and shake very well
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice
- Garnish with a basil sprig
