Pure Gold Basil Smash


  • 60ml Pure Gold Gin
  • 15ml sugar syrup 
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 8-10 Basil leaves
  • Basil spring for garnish 


  • Muddle the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker
  • Add gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice, ice and shake very well
  • Strain into a rocks glass over ice
  • Garnish with a basil sprig
