The sparkling aviator
Ingredients:
- 60ml Pure Gold Gin
- 15ml Maraschino Liqueur
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml Crème de Violette
- Lemon twist or candied cherry for garnish
Method:
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake well
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with the lemon twist or brandied cherry
