Gold Collins


  • 60ml Pure Gold Gin
  • 35ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml Sugar syrup
  • Soda water to serve
  • Lemon slice for garnish


  • Combine & shake gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  • Strain into a tall glass with ice
  • Fill remaining glass with soda water
  • Garnish with a lemon slice
