Gold Collins
Ingredients:
- 60ml Pure Gold Gin
- 35ml Fresh lemon juice
- 20ml Sugar syrup
- Soda water to serve
- Lemon slice for garnish
Method:
- Combine & shake gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Strain into a tall glass with ice
- Fill remaining glass with soda water
- Garnish with a lemon slice
